Service Terms and Conditions

These Touring Service Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Foodtour1hoian (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By booking a tour or using our touring services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms. 

1. Booking and Reservations

1.1 Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of an official confirmation email from us. If you do not receive our confirmation email within the specified time frame, please contact our customer support. 

1.2 Deposit: We may require a deposit for booking a tour. The deposit amount and payment methods will be specified during the booking process. 

1.3 Tour Itinerary: Tour itineraries and schedules are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances or operational requirements. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1 Cancellation by Customer: If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply as follows: 

  • 30% fee – for cancellations made within 1-4 days before the tour date 
  • 100% penalty – for cancellations made within 24 hours before the tour date and no-show cases. 

2.2 Cancellation by Company: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, we will provide alternative options or a full refund. 

2.3 Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

3. Pickup and Transportation

3.1 Pickup Locations: We offer free pickup and drop-off in specific areas. Additional charges may apply for pickups or drop-offs outside of these areas. 

3.2 Transportation: We provide transportation services during the tour. Customers are required to adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by our tour guides and drivers.

4. Travel Insurance

4.1 Health Insurance: While we do offer travel insurance options for participants joining our bike tours, we strongly recommend that all customers have suitable travel insurance coverage on their own. Having personal travel insurance is advisable to cover unforeseen events and emergencies during the tour. Please note that while our insurance options provide certain coverage, it may not fully address all potential situations, and personal travel insurance can offer additional protection and peace of mind.

5. Personal Belongings

5.1 Valuables: While participating in our bike tours, you are responsible for your personal belongings. We recommend keeping your valuables secure at all times. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal items during the tour.
